Our 60 minute Yoga classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga practices.
It incorporates Breathing techniques, Yoga postures and Meditation to help you achieve mind/body connection.
Yoga also assists in creating calm and can help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Yoga classes currently run Wednesday mornings at 9.30am and are available in blocks of sessions or you can pay casually.
