Here at BTB we run our Boxing class with Coaches Flash and Frank, Wednesday at 8:30pm where the group work in partners and go through a series of rounds, different drills and techniques to practice and better their skill level.

What Age Group do we cater to?
At BTB, our boxing program caters specifically to individuals aged 16 and above, offering a challenging and supportive environment for adults to enhance their skills. Classes are designed to accommodate various experience levels, providing tailored instruction that helps participants refine techniques, boost fitness, and achieve their personal goals.
Coaches Qualifications: At BTB all our Boxing Instructors are Government Accredited through the Boxing Australia with a minimum of Bronze Level Coaching.
