Boxing is a combat sport where opponents engage in regulated matches, primarily using their fists to strike each other. It requires physical strength, endurance, speed, agility, and tactical thinking. Matches take place in a square ring enclosed by ropes, with rounds lasting three minutes and breaks in between. Boxers wear padded gloves, mouthguard, and other protective gear. The outcome can be decided by knockout, technical knockout, or judges’ decision.
Boxing offers a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and endurance while also providing stress relief and boosting self-confidence through discipline and skill development. It also enhances agility, coordination, and mental focus, making it a comprehensive form of physical and mental exercise.

Here at BTB we run our Boxing class with Coaches Flash and Frank. Our classes run every Wednesday at 8:30pm where the groups work in partners and go through a series of rounds, different drills and techniques to practice and better their skill level.
