Bootcamp …without the early mornings

Term 3 – 10 Weeks

Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9.30am
commencing Tuesday 18 July 2017
18.07.2017  –  22.09.2017 


nominate to train once a week (Tuesday or Friday) or twice a week

* full payment required prior to commencement
*minimum numbers required for both days to run

It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing
It takes 8 weeks for friends and family and it takes
12 weeks for the rest of the world…..

Encouraging women to get their bodies moving and to make time for themselves amongst the madness of life!!

Sometimes you have to rise above the mental barriers of exercise to reap the physical benefits.

By focussing on how good you feel during and after exercise rather than the negative messages in your mind, can be the motivation you need to stick to your fitness plan.

Fitness is not 30% gym and 70% diet
it’s 100% dedication – to yourself, your health and your happiness.

As mums we are always putting everyone else first… it’s just in our nature!!

Make time for yourself, celebrate and invest in you.
Don’t feel guilty about taking time out from life’s everyday demands to focus on your needs.  Start by scheduling time in your diary for YOU – for the things that you enjoy and for what drives you.

Pay attention to your health because a happy and health mum can transform a family
     –  Get enough sleep
     –  Eat a little healthier
     –  Fit in some time for physical activity
     –  Enjoy

Your wellbeing affects the quality of your life so make space for it.

– Level 2 Silver NCAS Coach (Australian Sports Commission)
